Pomegranate

The image of the pomegranate is executed in point relief technique, combining matte and glossy elements. The detailing and texture create visual volume that changes with lighting, adding dynamism to the interior.

Each flower is set down in a single stroke, the vase built up in relief. Two layers of resin give a depth that flat paint cannot. Some works are carried through to pure pattern, others left painterly.
