Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a form on the Website https://aurart.art or sending a request to an Official Channel of st.Aura after reading this document, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Sergeevich Kuzub (OGRNIP 315784700199194, INN 246010142944; the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

1. Purpose: responding to my request, consultation, selection of Works, preparation of a Mock-up and Specification, and contacting me about the order.

2. Data: name, phone number, e-mail address, messenger username, city, message text, information about Works of interest, and technical data of the form submission: date and time, Website language, referral source.

3. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.

4. Transfer: I agree to the transfer of data to the communication services and hosting providers through which the Website and Official Channels operate, including cross-border transfer where I myself have chosen a foreign messenger for communication. These persons are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Term: until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years from my last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Withdrawal: I may withdraw this consent at any time by messaging Telegram @aura_management or by e-mail at vne-ramok@yandex.ru. Processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, except where the law permits processing without consent.

7. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. If I provide data of a third party, I confirm that I have obtained their consent.

This consent is a separate document and is not part of the offer or other documents of the Operator (Article 9(1) of the Law).
