Each work is packed for transport to its own size and weight: corner protection, a rigid crate frame for large formats, moisture protection. We ship with trusted carriers across Russia and worldwide, and every shipment is insured for the value of the work.

Before dispatch you receive photos and video of the finished work and confirm it — only then does it leave. On receipt, inspect the packaging and the work with the courier; if anything was damaged in transit, send photos and the carrier’s report within 48 hours and we settle it with the insurer at our expense.

Collection in Saint Petersburg and Moscow by arrangement. For shipments outside Russia we prepare the export documents; import duties and charges of the destination country are paid by the recipient.
