Hall

The hall takes up two-thirds of the panel — the people matter more than the fight. The spotlights are drawn in lines.

The ring seen from above: the crowd runs off the edge, light gathers in the centre, the canvas is left clean like a screen. In one work the ring is framed with roses, in another a fighter lies down: here the bout has always already happened.
