Ring. Breakup

The interference runs across the image and tears the figures apart. This is how a broadcast looks when the signal drops.

The ring seen from above: the crowd runs off the edge, light gathers in the centre, the canvas is left clean like a screen. In one work the ring is framed with roses, in another a fighter lies down: here the bout has always already happened.
