X-Ray

An actual X-ray is taken and cast in resin. The orange patches are the only addition.

A cigarette pack is opened out flat like a pattern and enlarged to wall size: red, white, blue, familiar type and worn corners. An object once held in the hand becomes a facade — and the stucco ceiling does not mind.
