Terms of Use
Revision of 25 September 2026. This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
These Terms govern the use of the st.Aura website https://aurart.art (the “Website”) owned by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Sergeevich Kuzub (OGRNIP 315784700199194; the “Studio”). By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Website.
1. Purpose of the Website
1.1. The Website presents the Studio’s works, series and services and allows users to send a request. Information on the Website, in the PDF catalogue and on the Studio’s social media is not an offer. Order terms are set by the Public Offer and the Specification.
1.2. Images of Works, including interior visualisations, show the character of a Work. Colour, texture and scale on screen may differ from the actual Work. Interior visualisations are artistic illustrations.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. The texts, photographs, visualisations, images of Works, Designs, series names, the st.Aura logo and name, the Website design and code are protected by intellectual property law. The rights belong to the Studio or are used by it under licence.
2.2. You may browse the Website and share links to its pages. Any other use of Website materials — copying, reproduction, adaptation, printing, selling images, making copies of Works, use for training models or for commercial purposes — requires the Studio’s written permission.
2.3. Making or selling copies of the Studio’s Works and Designs, or using the st.Aura name without permission, infringes the Studio’s exclusive rights and entails liability under the law.
3. User Conduct
The User shall not disrupt the Website, use automated data collection (scraping) without permission, or submit spam, false information, third-party data without consent, or unlawful content through the forms.
4. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party services (messengers, social networks, cloud storage). The Studio is not responsible for their content or data practices. Instagram is owned by Meta Platforms Inc., whose activities are recognised as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. The Studio strives to keep information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies or uninterrupted operation. This does not limit the Studio’s liability under agreements with Clients or consumer rights established by law.
6. Personal Data
Personal data processing is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy, the Cookie Policy and the separate consents published on the Website.
7. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The Studio may amend them; a new revision takes effect upon publication on the Website. In case of discrepancy between a translation and the Russian text, the Russian version prevails.
